No additional services will be performed without the client’s authorization.
5. Scheduling and Access to Property

The Company does not guarantee that relocated wildlife will not return to the property, nor that new wildlife will not enter the property in the future.
Wildlife activity is influenced by natural environmental factors beyond the control of the Company.
9. Insulation and Structural Services
Insulation removal or installation services may be recommended when pest contamination, damage, or sanitation concerns are present.
While insulation replacement may improve sanitation conditions, the Company does not guarantee structural performance, energy efficiency improvements, or long-term environmental outcomes beyond the scope of the service performed.
